The team built a single, intuitive mobile and web platform—developed in React Native and Laravel—that centralized shipment tracking, driver operations, and automated reporting. AI-powered automation eliminated repetitive manual tasks, reduced errors, and allowed dispatchers to manage twice as many drivers without sacrificing quality.
